PART OF THE PROUDFOOT CARE GROUP
Proudfoot Care Group consists of 5 residential services across Hull and the East Riding. We work closely with specialist mental health teams and relevant agencies to ensure the best outcomes for each individual.
We successfully support adults aged 18 and over who have complex mental health needs and manage the associated risks in compliance with the Mental Capacity Act (2005) and Mental Health Act (1983).
No two people are the same. Neither are our care plans.
By adopting a people-centred approach, we can appropriately address mental health issues in the context of each person’s individual goals.
Using a recovery model, we focus on helping people to improve their daily living skills to improve their overall mental health and feelings of purpose and self-worth.

We work hard to gain a deeper understanding of why a person’s mental health might be suffering and provide ongoing support to encourage healthy lifestyle decisions.
In order to empower our clients to take greater control of their lives, we use proven counselling and inclusion techniques that reflect asset based care. All of our strategies are under pinned by a structured pathway, creating achievable person centred objectives.
